I'll share with you my process, and what most frequently occurs when I am doing a Healing with someone:
First, as an Empath, I am guided to different areas of the body where I feel energies that may be concentrated or asymmetrical in some way, where there is trauma or pain, or something that is moving or chaotic in some way... things that are charged, heavy, dense, dark... anything unusual will stand out.
Then, where there is the most energy will get my attention. As I place my attention there, I will get more information, such as what is the original event that caused this energy? Once I have found out everything that I need to know from that area, I will be led to another. I will find out what that energy has to tell me or show me, or reveal to me. I will do this as many times as is necessary, until I have gathered all of the information from the different areas of the body and energetic field.
Once I've gathered all of the information necessary, and identified all of the problematic energies and know the way that they are affecting the Life of my beloved client, then, as an Exorcist, I clear them permanently.
The effect can be quite profound, as not only does the original event clear, but the wounds from every subsequent event related to the energies clear as well!
The other thing that happens regularly, which began just 4 1/2 years ago
MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, is that it was revealed to me Who The Person Really Is that I am working on~~ Who They Are AS A SOUL... which reveals what they came here to do, as well. In these times, there are no small Healings. The people whom I work on hold Larger Pieces for the Whole. What is Healed in them, Heals Humanity.
